My sons who are 7 and 8 have always had issues with getting into a routine and gaining independence. Nothing has worked before. I had given up hope until our OT recommended Nelli and now I wish we got it sooner. They’re so motivated to complete their tasks by themselves and earn their stars towards their small and big goals. It allows them autonomy in what their goals are, their characters and helps to gain independence. I couldn’t recommend the Nelli enough!

Great for my x2 ASD boys - great for setting up tasks and rewards! Although I put on Sunday clean room/ reset for the week - throw out rubbish, etc. Also I have one at bath age and 1 at Shower age (but older one still likes baths). So sometimes I don’t want him getting double stars for the same tasks. Great for if you have ADHD, too to take of some of the mental load & get dopamine for doing your tasks.

I have 3 neurodivergent kids and this has helped sooo much!!! Setting a routine and goals for pocket money has changed our mornings from arguments to a race to see who can tick off there tasks the fastest to get their stars! Communication with Lisa was so prompt she was so helpful I couldn’t recommend Nelli enough!!

As we kicked into term 3 I got sick and my husband had to take over mum duties, we run a tight ship as my son heavily relies on routine - having the Nelli tell them both what needed to be done for school each morning (and bedtime) when I was MIA was brilliant, my son even corrected my husband when he asked him to do something in the wrong order to what the nelli tells him.

It's been amazing so far, I've tried many many tech items via ndis and this, for us, is my favourite.

Tyson also really enjoys the little monster that dances now and often imitates the dance.

We have two kids- Autistic 7yo with ADHD, Cognitivie impairments + a 6yo who is likely ADHD inattentive / PDA traits. This little friend Nelli to our family has been a life changer.

One of our kids (6yo) seeks out the stars as motivation and it helps that she can be autonomous. She loves to change and choose her monster to see them dance, is ‘saving’ her stars to a better prize (but can always tap out 10 for a freddo when she chooses to). We have gone from twice daily tooth brushing battles to zero as the motivation/autonomy is there. We’ve started to increase to things like popping lunch boxes in the sink after school and will add items along the way.

Our 7yo has been loving static print out schedules so I went on a search to see how we could integrate tech. He loves to see a list of what to do written out, he loves to tick the stars but couldn’t care how many he has. He got up and fed the dog without being asked while we were asleep this morning- it truely is a brilliant habit forming tool. After a month of hating the hair brush, he has happily attempted it himself every day this week and allowed us to finish it.

We made sure to start with a shorter list to avoid a boom/bust obsession and it’s just part of our routine now.

The Nelli has become a core to our daily routine and household. From tasks that are basic for others like eating breakfast, brushing teeth ect to reminders for mum to take bins out and clean up the dog poo! Everyone loves it and their faces light up every time they get a star! Thank you for bringing routine and happiness back into our neurodivergent, chaotic household!

We are a neurodiverse family and struggle to get things done without nagging and constant reminders and that then took a huge toll on us parents to have the constant mental load to remember to remind them and dealing with the tantrums that would come after.

I am absolutely amazed with how much my boys love this! And us as parents also. I can’t recommend the Nelli enough! It has completely transformed our mornings from chaotic to calm. My daughter now takes full responsibility for getting herself ready without me having to constantly remind (or nag) her. The timer function is a game-changer—she loves racing against the clock, which turns boring tasks into a fun challenge.

We sat down and chose the rewards together, so she’s actually excited to work towards things she really wants, and wants to save her stars instead of redeeming them straight away. Highly recommend, it's been an absolute game changer in our busy neurodivergent household. My kids are excited about eating and FINISHING their meals, getting ready for school and having a dance several times a day! We don't use the reward system for our kids but it still works amazingly and the syncing calendar is great for all parents who need to lessen their mental load and have one visual spot for it!

We have loved our new addition to our house! Our son has responded so well to Nelli, he will come running to hear what his next task is and this has taken the pressure off us having to ask him repeatedly to do every day tasks.
He also gets so excited to see what celebration clip plays once tasks are complete.
Seeing he is very “prize” motivated we have been able to set prize goals that he has negotiated with us. This has also lead to him asking for different tasks to be added so he can earn more stars. We have even taken it with us on holidays to nana and pas house and added his holiday routine so he can continue earning his stars.

Our OT suggested Nelli to assist with our goals regarding independence and to help with increasing difficulties in getting ready for school. At first, I was uncertain... We had tried rewards charts, we had tried visual schedules and timers with limited to no success so how would this be different?

Before the Nelli, we really struggled to get out of the house with our 2 young boys. Between getting ourselves ready and trying to get the kids to actually start their morning routine, it was always pretty tough and stressful.

Since getting the Nelli, our kids absolutely love it. They get so excited when their songs come on and love when their character celebrates them getting a star. We use the star system to work towards fun rewards, which has been a huge hit.

Our morning and evening routines are such a breeze now because the kids actually listen to the Nelli. We use it for breakfast, getting dressed, packing bags, brushing teeth, getting ready for bed and so much more. It has made such a difference to our day to day routine.

It's even helped with toilet training for our youngest, as he's been more encouraged to wear underpants instead of nappies.

The Nelli was an instant hit with the kids! We were already using paper-based visual schedules which were hit and miss. But switching to the Nelli has made all our lives much easier. It was super simple to set up, and the kids are even making suggestions for other tasks we can add in.

Life-changing

I’m actually shocked to my core. I have 5 kids, from 5-16. Lots of neuro-spiciness going on here. I got our Nelli, as an absolute last resort for one of our kids - I’ve tried EVERYTHING to try and address the basics of getting up on time, basic hygiene etc.
I knew it would work for the first few days - things always do. But we’re currently over a month in and it’s still working!! Nelli has honestly changed so much for our family.

What a game changer! The Nelli is amazing. Me and my husband were shocked at how both my 7 year old ASD/ADHD and my 5 year old are responding to it. I used to get such a headache trying to get my girls out the door on time and without the moaning, crying and screaming I just take a back seat now and let Nelli tell them. The star system is perfect as well, they have already traded 10 stars each for a dessert but now they are saving them for a special treat over the weekend.

We purchased the Nelli for our 6 yr old who is Autistic, but have used it for the whole family, it has actually been amazing for our teen, no more having to remind her to study or do her chores.
