My sons who are 7 and 8 have always had issues with getting into a routine and gaining independence. Nothing has worked before. I had given up hope until our OT recommended Nelli and now I wish we got it sooner. They’re so motivated to complete their tasks by themselves and earn their stars towards their small and big goals. It allows them autonomy in what their goals are, their characters and helps to gain independence. I couldn’t recommend the Nelli enough!

Great for my x2 ASD boys - great for setting up tasks and rewards! Although I put on Sunday clean room/ reset for the week - throw out rubbish, etc. Also I have one at bath age and 1 at Shower age (but older one still likes baths). So sometimes I don’t want him getting double stars for the same tasks. Great for if you have ADHD, too to take of some of the mental load & get dopamine for doing your tasks.

I have 3 neurodivergent kids and this has helped sooo much!!! Setting a routine and goals for pocket money has changed our mornings from arguments to a race to see who can tick off there tasks the fastest to get their stars! Communication with Lisa was so prompt she was so helpful I couldn’t recommend Nelli enough!!

As we kicked into term 3 I got sick and my husband had to take over mum duties, we run a tight ship as my son heavily relies on routine - having the Nelli tell them both what needed to be done for school each morning (and bedtime) when I was MIA was brilliant, my son even corrected my husband when he asked him to do something in the wrong order to what the nelli tells him.

It's been amazing so far, I've tried many many tech items via ndis and this, for us, is my favourite.

Tyson also really enjoys the little monster that dances now and often imitates the dance.

We have two kids- Autistic 7yo with ADHD, Cognitivie impairments + a 6yo who is likely ADHD inattentive / PDA traits. This little friend Nelli to our family has been a life changer.

One of our kids (6yo) seeks out the stars as motivation and it helps that she can be autonomous. She loves to change and choose her monster to see them dance, is ‘saving’ her stars to a better prize (but can always tap out 10 for a freddo when she chooses to). We have gone from twice daily tooth brushing battles to zero as the motivation/autonomy is there. We’ve started to increase to things like popping lunch boxes in the sink after school and will add items along the way.

Our 7yo has been loving static print out schedules so I went on a search to see how we could integrate tech. He loves to see a list of what to do written out, he loves to tick the stars but couldn’t care how many he has. He got up and fed the dog without being asked while we were asleep this morning- it truely is a brilliant habit forming tool. After a month of hating the hair brush, he has happily attempted it himself every day this week and allowed us to finish it.

We made sure to start with a shorter list to avoid a boom/bust obsession and it’s just part of our routine now.

The Nelli has become a core to our daily routine and household. From tasks that are basic for others like eating breakfast, brushing teeth ect to reminders for mum to take bins out and clean up the dog poo! Everyone loves it and their faces light up every time they get a star! Thank you for bringing routine and happiness back into our neurodivergent, chaotic household!

We are a neurodiverse family and struggle to get things done without nagging and constant reminders and that then took a huge toll on us parents to have the constant mental load to remember to remind them and dealing with the tantrums that would come after.

I am absolutely amazed with how much my boys love this! And us as parents also. I can’t recommend the Nelli enough! It has completely transformed our mornings from chaotic to calm. My daughter now takes full responsibility for getting herself ready without me having to constantly remind (or nag) her. The timer function is a game-changer—she loves racing against the clock, which turns boring tasks into a fun challenge.

The rewards system is another huge win! We sat down and chose the rewards together, so she’s actually excited to work towards things she really wants, and wants to save her stars instead of redeeming them straight away. No more manual sticker and chore charts or me trying to remember what tasks were done—it’s all there in the hub.

Wow. We have had our Nelli for 1 week today & the improvement of hard mornings & afternoons has eased. I love the reminders so I never miss medication time!

My boys are absolutely loving the Nelli hub. Morning and nights are getting much easier to manage and it's only been a few weeks.

Amazing device! My kids love it (7 and 12) I don't have to nag my kids to brush their teeth anymore! I only wish it had a chore list they could choose from to earn money instead of all timed tasks :)

When I first bought the Nelli Smart Hub, I was honestly really sceptical. I thought, “This will probably work for a week or two while it’s new, then the kids will lose interest and we’ll be back where we started. ”

I have never been so happy to be wrong.

Before Nelli, our mornings were absolute chaos. I was at my breaking point trying to juggle getting everyone ready while caring for newborn twins. On top of that, I have two children on the autism spectrum, and mornings were filled with constant reminders, negotiations, meltdowns, and stress. Every day felt exhausting before it had even begun.

I genuinely cannot put into words how much this little hub has changed our lives. The stress it has lifted from my shoulders is incredible. Our mornings are calmer, happier, and so much more positive.

We love our new Nelli!!

Our son (11, AuDHD) has been thriving with Nelli.

We have him set up with reminders and he ticks off his checklist of tasks daily.

He has been taking medication with reminders from Nelli (and not multiple reminders from me!!!), self care and hygiene have improved dramatically and we have been on time for school daily since Nelli was introduced.

We are arguing less because I'm not demanding he get dressed, brush his teeth etc. He does it in his own time with reminders from Nelli.

My mental health is better for the "life admin" assistance.

My husband was dubious when we introduced Nelli a few weeks ago and said today it's been one of the best things we've purchased in a long time.

As an added bonus - my son is now actively seeking more jobs to help with around the house to earn more stars (helping in the garden, help with cooking and dishes etc).

I am 10 and I like my Nelli. I like to earn stars for rewards, and I don't get mum and dad asking me lots of times to do something. Nelli helps me focus and reminds me when I get distracted

We purchased the Nelli system for our son and I’ll be honest, at first my husband was shocked I even considered spending that much money on something that might work. The 30-day return option really helped take the pressure off and made it feel like a much safer decision.

And I’m so glad we did, because we honestly love it.

It has been such a positive addition to our home. That said, there is definitely a bit of a learning curve, and we’ve had to figure out how to make it work best for our family. In the beginning, our son did become quite fixated on only completing the jobs that were on the list, which was a bit tricky. But once we worked through that, it actually turned into a huge positive. He has even started asking for things to be added to his list (like taking the bins out), which we never expected and has been amazing to see.

The flexibility is great too. If we forget something, we can just add it in, and it keeps everything flowing.

We’ve also had to learn the different task types, reminders, notifications, and timed jobs, because he can get a bit “box fixated” if something isn’t ready to be done yet. That took a bit of trial and error, but once you get the hang of it, the system really starts to shine.

If I had one wish, it would be around the timed function. Right now it works as a timer to complete something within a set time, like cleaning your room before the time runs out. I would love a version where the timer starts when they begin. For example, for reading, it would be great if he could press start, read for 30 minutes, and then earn his stars once the time is up, rather than feeling like he has to rush.

But honestly, that is such a small thing in the big picture.
The biggest change for us has been the atmosphere in our home. There is so much less nagging, so much more independence, and just a lot more positivity. Things actually get done without the constant reminders, which has been such a win for everyone.
