Your plan manager handles payments on your behalf.
- Request your NDIS invoice from Nelli using our invoice request form
- Forward the invoice and any supporting documentation to your plan manager
- Your plan manager submits the claim to the NDIA on your behalf
- Once approved, your plan manager pays Nelli directly and we process your order
Timeline: Most plan-managed claims are processed within 2 weeks. We dispatch your order once payment is received from your plan manager.
