The rewards feature is optional, it can be used as an extra incentive by allowing kids to cash-in their star points to redeem a reward as agreed on and set up together with your child.

Nelli’s ability to structure customisable tasks with icons and an easy to read timer clock means children can focus on one activity/task at a time, supporting executive functioning and children who may become easily overwhelmed. 

No, the Nelli software is locked on the hub device, and no other apps can be downloaded. This ensures a focused and safe environment for your child’s routines and tasks. 

Nelli is designed primarily for kids aged 4–12, with visuals, rewards, and routines tailored to this age group. Older children (and even adults) still greatly benefit from the structure and reminders of the Nelli Hub, and we’ve recently introduced the options to have a digital and analogue clock screen saver along with the option to change the underwater background to a basic theme and turn off the animations per profile. We are working on adding more backgrounds and avatars that will cater to teens and adults too.

Yes. Nelli requires a Wi-Fi connection to stay updated with new feature releases, sync tasks, and deliver reminders. Once connected, it works seamlessly as part of your home.

The parent control app is currently in development! For now, all routines and settings are managed directly on the Nelli Smart Hub device. Stay tuned! We’ll be releasing the parent control app in October to make life even smoother when you’re on the go. You can add new tasks, rewards, setup profiles, access settings and much more.

If it’s still logged into the previous owner’s account, use the PIN code 3004 to unlock, head to the settings menu and log out at the bottom. You will then see an option to create a new account where you’ll be guided through the easy step by step set up process.
